Momo's Bakery is a modern bakery café brand focused on fresh products, quality ingredients, and warm neighborhood hospitality. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on GM to lead daily operations and build a high-performing team in our corporate-owned store.

What You'll Do
- Lead all daily store operations at Momo's Bakery
- Manage front-of-house service and bakery production coordination
- Execute brand standards in product quality, freshness, and customer experience
- Drive sales and improve ticket size and product mix
- Control labor, food cost, and product waste
- Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and ordering
- Ensure strong visual merchandising and bakery display standards
- Handle customer feedback and service recovery
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and audit readiness
- Partner closely with corporate operations and support teams

- 全面领导：统筹 Momo's Bakery 门店的各项日常运营
- 服务与生产协调：管理前厅服务及烘焙生产环节的衔接
- 执行品牌标准：确保产品质量、新鲜度及客户体验符合品牌高标准
- 业绩驱动：提升门店销售额，优化客单价及产品组合
- 成本控制：严格管控人工成本、食材成本及损耗
- 综合管理：负责员工排班、库存盘点及物料订购
- 视觉陈列：确保高标准的视觉营销及烘焙柜台陈列
- 客诉处理：妥善处理客户反馈，进行服务补救
- 食安与合规：维护食品安全、卫生标准，随时应对审计检查
- 总部协同：与公司运营及支持团队保持紧密沟通
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of bakery, café, or food & beverage management experience
- Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced stores
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Hands-on, detail-oriented operator
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Proven ability to manage KPIs, labor, and store-level costs
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Must be able to complete a 3-month training program in China
Preferred
- Bakery café or specialty dessert concept experience
- Corporate chain store background
- Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent)

- 海外培训：必须能接受在中国进行为期3个月的入职培训

- 有烘焙咖啡馆或精品甜品店经验者优先
- 有大型连锁品牌直营店背景者优先
- 持有食品安全认证（如 ServSafe 或同等证书）
